You can purchase your ticket online — recommended — or at the ticket office at the entrance. You will receive your ticket online with a QR code that grants you access to the event and to the activities booked for your selected date.
Accepted payment methods: credit card and prepaid card.

The purchased ticket is personal and non-transferable, non-duplicable, and cannot be converted to paper format. The ticket is non-refundable.
The date selected for the daily ticket cannot be changed.
The ticket must be kept and presented when requested. In the event of loss of a paper ticket, a new purchase at the fair entrance will be required.

How to use the coupon
● If you are not yet registered, proceed by clicking here
● Log in to your MyPitti reserved area and select “Purchase tickets” from the side menu
● Choose the day you wish to attend the event and proceed to checkout
● Enter the coupon code in the designated field and wait for the system to validate it
● Click “Confirm” to complete the process
Please note
The coupon is valid for single use only, for one visitor, and allows the issue of one daily ticket. It cannot be used to purchase the 3-day pass and cannot be applied more than once or for multiple visitors.

BOOK AN ACTIVITY
All available activities can be booked directly from the Events Calendar page or from your MyPitti reserved area.
Using the filters on the right, you can view and book activities available for your age group, area of interest, and registration category (please note that the system calculates age based on the calendar year and not the full date of birth).
Booking methods
● Bookings can only be made online.
● Activities cannot be booked at the ticket office or directly at the venues.
● From December 2026, the first bookable activities will be available in the calendar.
● The Events Calendar will be updated continuously until the opening of Danzainfiera.
Booking Rules
To ensure better organization of activities:
● it is not possible to book events that take place at the same time
● a minimum interval of 15 minutes is required between one booking and the next;
● each participant may book up to a maximum of 5 activities per day.
In the days leading up to the event, the daily limit may be increased based on activity availability and the general pace of bookings
Changes, cancellations and refunds
● Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
● A booking can be changed from your MyPitti reserved area by selecting an activity with the same date, price, age group, and category.
● In the event of inability to attend, no refund will be issued for either the event entry ticket or the booked activities.
● Any teacher substitutions made by the organizer do not entitle the participant to a refund for already confirmed activities.
● In the event of an activity being cancelled by the organizer, only the cost of the booked activity will be refunded, not the event entry ticket.
● In the event of injury, upon presentation of a medical certificate, a refund of the booked activities may be requested, but not of the entry ticket.

Fortezza da Basso is Florence's trade fair and congress center, located right in the heart of the city, just 4 km from the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway, exits Firenze Nord or Firenze Sud.
Fortezza da Basso is not located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), but in its immediate vicinity.
ZTL hours: 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Saturday). -
The main station is Firenze Santa Maria Novella, located in the city center just 250 meters from Fortezza da Basso.

Florence Airport "Amerigo Vespucci"
Located approximately 4 km from the city center, easily reachable in about 20 minutes by taxi or by Tramvia, line T2 Peretola Airport – San Marco Università (Fortezza stop). Major car rental companies are also available at the airport.
Pisa Airport "Galileo Galilei"
Located approximately 60 km from Florence. Rail connection between Pisa Airport and Florence takes approximately one hour. -
URBAN AND REGIONAL LINES "AT - AUTOLINEE TOSCANE":
