On 20 December 2009, the largest center linked to the performing arts was inaugurated in Oltrepò Pavese, called asd Hde-Mìa Accademia Arte Cultura e Spettacolo with the artistic direction of Brian Bullard, an internationally renowned choreographer. 
The ASD Hde-Mìa offers disciplines of classical dance, contemporary dance, modern and modern jazz dance, hip hop, tap dance and musicals, finding a great teem of teachers who follow both amateur and professional lessons Brian Bullard, Christian Carubelli, Loredana Mapelli, Elisabetta Vercesi, Beatriz Caprioli Acosta, Nicolò Noto, Andrea Verzicco.
L’ Hde-Mìa has a particular focus on young people, with the commitment to train them in the performing arts, dance and musicals.
The OPES membership association is divided into two branches: amateur and professional, and three beginner – intermediate – advanced levels.
The amateur part is aimed at all children who feel a drive towards dance and the performing arts, always following a professional and exciting atmosphere.
The professional part called PIT Professional Intensive Training is a three-year course of study, with exams at the end of each academic year and a 1° level certificate at the end of the three years of a discipline. Young dancers with a good dance base can join, highly motivated by professional study. Training of 15 hours of dance one weekend a month, at the headquarters of the ASD Hde-Mìa, the route is aimed at young dancers as long as they are in the year of turning 15. The PIT training course is followed by a high professional level teaching staff Brian Bullard, Christian Carubelli, Loredana Mapelli, Mattia Cuda, Mia Molinari, Angelo Zizzi, David Bellay, Andrea Verzicco.
Dance internships for both branches, amateur and professional, are held at the venue during the year with internationally renowned choreographers, such as Enzo Paolo Turchi. You can also have personalized lessons for auditions, casting and participation in competitions.
In addition to dance, the association offers singing and drama courses.
