Pitti Immagine reserves the right, at its own discretion, to evaluate the participation applications from companies or other organizations and will contact companies that are in line with the event in order to assess their possible inclusion or collaboration, compatibly with the space available.
In combination with or as an alternative to the solutions presented, the centrality of the exhibition area makes it possible to create personalized corners, pre-furnished spaces or to become a protagonist of the events area.

Exhibitors have the right to free entry passes for proprietors and employees within the limits established based on the exhibition area occupied.
It is also possible to purchase additional PittiSmart passes.

Passes are nominative and strictly personal, non-transferable. In the event of the improper use of entry passes by an exhibiting company, Pitti Immagine shall reserve the right to exclude the same from subsequent editions of the event.

"Amerigo Vespucci" airport in Florence
It is 4 km from the city centre, and is easy reachable byTaxi Service and public transport shuttle line Ataf “Servizio Vola in bus” that connects the airport to central railway station Santa Maria Novella within 15/20 minutes.
In addition, T2 line Aeroporto Vespucci – Unità tramway system connects the airport to central railway station Santa Maria Novella in just 20 minutes (stop at Alamanni).

All the city’s public transport lines have a stop near the S.M. Novella railway station which is just 250 m from the Fortezza da Basso.

The car park is adjacent to the Fortezza da Basso.
To access the car park it is necessary to present the coupon which can be collected from the Exhibitors’ desk at the registration point. It is permitted to exit the car park up until midnight on the last day of the event.
